While the weather forecast predicted rain in Tokyo for most of Monday, low temperatures led to snowfall in Tokyo today. Snowfall may continue into Tuesday morning and affect the Kanto-Koshin region, including all 23 Tokyo neighborhoods. The reason for this upcoming snowfall is the movement of low pressure along the southern coast of Honshu.
