Shopping at Uniqlo always brings pleasant surprises, as this huge retailer often presents special collections and collaborations with fashion designers, cool artists and popular pop culture brands. By the end of this month, Uniqlo will unveil an exciting new activity in honor of Capcom's 40th anniversary. The Japanese video game developer is widely recognized for its world-renowned games and franchises such as Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Monster Hunter and more.
As part of this anniversary collaboration, Uniqlo is releasing a new collection of UT T-shirts featuring images of some of Capcom's most popular games. An arcade will also be set up in front of the Uniqlo store in Harajuku from March 26 to 31.
With this machine, you can play Uniqlo's very own video game called UT Adventure. Created especially for Uniqlo, this 8-bit super-retro game features the protagonist's adventures in a Uniqlo store, fending off attacks from aliens looking to steal T-shirts. Pay attention to the game, as it's full of passhacks, such as unexpected appearances of iconic characters from Capcom.
