Toyosu, an artificial island on the border of the Koto district, is best known as the location of Tokyo's largest wholesale market, which moved here in 2018 from its former location in Tsukiji. In February 2024, the area is preparing to offer a new attraction: the Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai, which promises to offer more than the famous morning tuna auctions.
This grand project by hotel company Manyo Club will open a multi-story shopping and entertainment complex that draws rich inspiration from the streets of Edo (1603-1868). The upcoming complex will consist of two distinct sections: a commercial wing named Toyosu Offsite Edomae Market and an onsen named Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club.
The spa area covers approximately 19,095 square meters. It features outdoor baths with water directly from the Hakone-Yugawara hot springs, as well as facilities for stone baths, massages and other spa treatments.
One outstanding feature is the rooftop foot fountain, which offers a 360 degree view of the waterfront. Adding to its appeal, this onsen will be available to the public 24 hours a day.
